This is a simple corporate image I did for a private Realtor who almost exclusively sells high end water front properties. When I started the project, the only request was that he wanted his image to have a personal connection with the audience, he wanted a finish product he could just hand to printers, and not cost him a fortune to do it. After many photos and a few logo drafts I came up with this. Its simple, friendly, and easy to reproduce for signs, magazine ads, and other advertising material. The client was supplied with a logo in vector format to simplify his many upcoming visits with the printers. Dealing with the printer has become as simple as emailing an attachment.
