Refund Policy

At Great Scott Designs, I take pride in creating unique, custom-made art pieces for each of my customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds are available within 1 week of receiving your order.

Refund Conditions:

• Return Timeframe: Refunds are eligible within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Return Process: The item(s) must be returned to me before a refund can be issued.
• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Return Address: Please ship the return to the address indicated on the original packaging. If you need clarification on the return address, email me at scott@greatscottdesigns.com.
